Australian Natural Floorcoverings (referred to hereafter as ANF ) wishes to confirm the terms upon which we from time to time may offer or contract services to you or on your behalf.

1/ CONFORMATION of CONTRACTS:

Should ANF quotation for goods & services be accepted, such services will be performed by ANF servants, agents or employees. Our status is that of an independent contractor and that you being the principal contractor agree to conduct your business activates within the scope of this relationship.

2/ JOB PROJECT CONFIRMATIONS:

To confirm and accept a quotation, the initial deposit/payment requested must be received before any goods will be ordered, reserved, cut, manufactured or dispatched.

ANF requires that all outstanding moneys to be paid up in full to ANF or it's Contractors on completion of Job or as stated within a specified time of the job completion. After this period (maximum of 14 days) ANF deems any moneys become outstanding and overdue and will incur an immediate monthly late payment charge as in section 4a.

a) Any outstanding moneys not received within the maximum 14 days from the designated completion day, will be deemed as overdue and will immediately incur an Administrative late payment fee of $50 or 10% whatever be the greater, this fee will only be calculated & added to the outstanding monies and will incur a monthly compounding interest at the rate of 10% on the outstanding monies and interest until paid up in full.

b) Any breach of section 4a, unless stated in ANF quotations or tax invoices, will without any prior warning or notice from ANF or it servants and at it's discretion, may choose to void any and or all warranties relating to work carried out for you or on your behalf.

(In other words, act like a winner or you will be treated like a looser)

If requested a current copy of ANF goods & service charges, will be forwarded or they can be found and printed from our web site under the "Installation" section of ANF's web site.

ANF will not guarantee a delivery day or time of your goods, nor will ANF accept any responsibility of delivery to your address.  Delivery may not occur due to the freight company deeming your street as being to narrow for there trucks or simply not on a map in some remote country areas etc.

NB: All delivery's are at the discretion of the Freight company.  It rarely happens, but if your goods are not delivered to your designated address they will be held at the nearest freight depot for collection, just like at a post office.

All materials remain the property of ANF until paid up in full !

Materials, once delivered to a job or site are then deemed to be the sole responsibility of the owner or Principal Contractor.

Materials returned to for re-stocking, re-fund or credit, where the situation is not the fault of ANF, will incur a 30% re-stocking fee, to cover aditional labour and material losses when re-sold.

ANF will give a lifetime guarantee on the installations of all new wall to wall floorcoverings, as long as they match or exceed the ANF installation & warranty codes.

ANF Reserves the right at any time to refund any moneys paid, thus terminating any contract.

Failure to comply with ANF current trade terms, will unfortunately result in the withdrawal of our future services.
